Meet the Seahawk Team
Gianni DeMarco, PhD, Chief Executive Officer USA/ CANADA
Gianni is the founder and Chairman of Seahawk Capital. After completing several stations at Morgan Stanley and Chase Manhattan, he spent 15 years as a senior manager at BlackRock, responsible for the expansion of the European investment banking business.
In 2005 he founded Seahawk Capital to invest in large scale property portfolios in the US. Since 2014 he invests with Seahawk in Europe and expands its activities to over 2 bn AUM.
He holds a law degree from Yale University and a PhD in Philosophy. He is based in New York City.
Fernanda Gomez, MBA, Executive Director Europe
Fernanda joined Seahawk Capital in 2014 since entering the European market, after she spent nearly 18 years as a real estate investment manager at CitiBank and Banco Santander, responsible for the acquisition of real estate investments for institutional clients.
She holds an economic degree from Madrid University and an MBA in real estate finance. She is based in London, England
Ulrich Grobe, CREM, Managing Director CEE
Ulrich is a passionate and experienced real estate manager with more than 25 years experience in real estate development, investment and asset management.
Prior joining Seahawk Capital in 2025 he had leading CRE positions at international consultancies such as CBRE, Insignia Financial Group and investors as Tiger Developments, Bayshore Group and PineBay Capital. He holds a double-degree in real estate economics and facility management and a postgraduate degree (CREM) from European Business School in Corporate Real Estate Management, Valuation and Urban Land Development.
He is responsible for all real estate investments in the CEE region. He is based in Frankfurt/ Germany
