We buy single assets and portfolios on behalf of our co-investors and ourselves. We look for
- commercial land for light industrial developments in Germany (min 10.000 m²)
- commercial light industrial portfolios (min. volume US$ 50mn)
- retail portfolios in Germany (min volume US$ 100 mn)
- residential multi-family houses (min. volume US$ 10 mn)
- residential portfolios in Germany (min volume US$ 50 mn)
The location of the assets should provide a min. inhabitation of plus 250.000 pax
