Ulrich Grobe, Chief Executive Officer
Ulrich is a passionate and experienced real estate manager with more than 28 years experience in real estate development, investment and asset management.
Prior founding Seahawk Capital he had leading CRE positions at international consultancies such as CBRE, Insignia Financial Group and investors as Tiger Developments, Bayshore Group, G-PARX Storage Solutions and PineBay Capital.
He holds a double-degree in real estate economics and facility management and a postgraduate degree (CREM) from European Business School in Corporate Real Estate Management, Valuation and Urban Land Development.
He is responsible for all real estate investments, transactions and developments.
Lutz Boese, Asset Management
Lutz is a professional asset manager with more than 15 years experience in asset management, letting and real estate marketing.
Prior to joining Seahawk Capital, he had head positions at real estate development companies such as Sirius Facilities, OSWE Real Estate and G-PARX Storage Solutions.
He is responsible for all real estate asste management, rentals and real estate marketing.
Peter Lee, Office Management
Peter is our trustful Office Manager, securing all operations and accounting matters are dealt with in appropriate order.
